Zoom conferences are conducted May through December in two distinct categories – pastoral Bible studies and pastoral discipleship studies. These sessions are open only for pastors and church leaders.

Pastoral Bible Studies are globally simulcasted over a tristate area in South India, and have a general attendance of about 600 pastors a month. The studies are designed to encourage, instruct and assist pastors in their responsibilities in leading churches.

Pastoral Discipleship Studies are a limited group of no more than 50 pastors. This is a course designed to help pastors set goals, develop strong study skills and troubleshoot problems that may arise in the church. The course includes a workbook provided for home study and on- the- job training.

Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers.  Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ. —Eph 4:11-12
